1. Returns & Exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 4 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Disposable items (e.g., [Bouffant Caps, Shoe Covers, all other disposable items etc]).
• Items marked as Non-Returnable.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
