Do you offer customization or logo embroidery?
Yes ✅ We provide customization and logo embroidery on uniforms (chef coats, aprons, t-shirts, etc.) for bulk or corporate orders. Please contact us with your requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Pay on Delivery (if available in your location).

Shipping Questions
How long will delivery take?
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Bulk/customized orders may take longer, and we’ll inform you of the estimated timeline when placing the order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.
Do you ship outside India?

Cancellation & Return Questions
What is your return and exchange policy?
- You may request a return or exchange within 4 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
- Disposable items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
- Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. For other cases, we provide exchange options.
